Memorial Day, originally observed on May 30th, 1868 to commemorate the sacrifices of Civil War Soldiers, rings deep for the U.S. Military Wardogs. While our teams across the country prepare to don our Baseball uniforms, we do it more somberly this weekend.  The U.S. Military Wardogs are honored to represent the sacrifice that so many Service-members have paid.  We don our uniforms this weekend with those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice in all our minds.  We are brothers and sisters, and we play this weekend for those who will never see us play; we play this weekend for the families of the fallen; we play this weekend to pay respect and honor those which have come before us, and for those who some of us walked along side of.  We play this weekend to Remember: Never forget our Military, Never forget our Veterans, and NEVER FORGET OUR FALLEN.
